This spot in Cerulean cave has fossils that spawn daily. It's random, just save before going in the cave and reset till you get the helix fossil. Took me about 20 minutes to get mine Tuesday.

Also, I'd love a Meltan if anyone has a spare.

My shiny charmander took about 6 days not game time but days in general maybe 25 hours game time

Thats fine that he is level 25. He is a shiny wartortle right?
