Do a clean update of all your atmosphere and homebrew files. Then follow a youtube guide for setting up cheats.
Test to see if it works for PLA, if not, check to see if cheats are showing up for other games.
Realistically it just seems like you've missed something when following the setup instructions.
This just Happened to me and I fixed it!
Make a backup before messing with your file!!!!
In PkeHex, load your savefile, go to the SAV tab and then Block Data, find the Heatran Spawn flag and set it to Bool 2, wich means ¨turned on¨, save the file and then use this new file.
then disable ALL CODES and restart the game, the pointer should reapper and then you can catch heatran, help this works, ill attach some images to make it easier

Ezresearchtasks code does not work on *every* task, but most of them. If it's not working at all, then it is a problem with your setup.
Either you have too many cheats, or conflicting codes, or some problem in between. Try moving the Ezresearchtasks code up higher in the cheat file.

it doesn't work OTL....You can use the one Eiffel madeit's more efficient.. I'm decompiling the update now

No. I don't think very many people even bothered making codes for that game
If you want to downgrade to v1.0.0 here is a link to LG Pikachu cheats.
(As far as I'm aware there aren't many cheats made for 1.0.2)

Edit: The cheats 100% Catch Rate, Wild Pokemon Loses Hearing, Infinite PP, Super Jump and 25% Spawning Rate for Shiny Pokemon crash my game within a minute of playing. I'm on the latest 1.1.1 patch.

@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one -

I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version

@Sicklyboy I am wanting to fully change the game and bend it to my will lol. I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!

I am definitely considering porting over some of the EU features without using the actual ROM itself, tbh that would probably be the best way to go about it... but i'm sad that the voice acting is so.... not good on the US version. May not be a way around that though
