Also do we know exactly what causes them to trigger yet? I remeber seeing some stuff about catching Mon and a day/night cycle helps but idk

Its near the pearl clans little village closer to the top look on the map for small bodies of water

no you only need ONE icognito for the dex entry for foghting arceus
