I'm playing Pokemon Leaf Green on 3DS and I want to level up my Pokemon.
What it's faster way to level up? And where can I catch Pokemon so I can use to beat Misty?

Can probably grind near route 24 where the cerulean bridge is, using grass and electric type against Misty.
