Homebrew Pokemon HeartGold Keeps Freezing on my R4

can anyone please help me,
i downloaded the heartgold rom late last night (the night before the game was released here in north america)

and i would say that the game freezes once every 10 minutes roughly

it freezes during these three possible times:
1. just regularly walking - (picture stays still and doesn't respond)
2. exiting/entering a doorway - (black screen)
3. end of a battle (when the view is about to go back to birdseye view) - (also Black screen)

this has forced me to start saving the game every 2 minutes because i am getting annoyed of having to repeat the same stuff twice.
i have also tried this on YS Menu and i still get the same problem
so please if anyone can help me solve this problem then i would be truly grateful (if it currently is possible to fix)
So like is there patched versions of the game, or what?
and i am sorry if this is not in the rights forum, im a noob on this site

Look on the other threads about HGSS.
Those crashes are AP ppl are working on a patch so you'll have to wait a while.
