ROM Hack Pokémon HeartGold (E) Shiny Starter MOD?

Yeah well,
I picked HeartGold up, and I have seen on Youtube some videos that you can even see Shiny Pokémon walking after you. And damn, I want a shiny Totodile. And Pokésav ain't an option for me, because I bought it so.. Pokésav aint an option for me and Soft Resetting is.. But it takes real long most of the time and I ain't that lucky..

So this wasn't against the rules so I tought I would post this..

So, a shiny starter mod for Pokémon HeartGold (E).

First of all WTF where di you buy it? I can't find it anywhere!
And you could pokesav a shiny totodile onto your flashcart and then trade it over to your retail cart.

Well, I bought it yesterday, first I went in the morning, and then they didn't have it. In the afternoon, I came back, and I saw heartgold.! xD

I bought it at Dixons, really strange by the way that you can't find it, it should be in every game store or places the sell games..

You could always get a legit pkm file and make it shiny.

There are databases for .pkm files, get a legit Totodile from there, import it in Pokesav, make it shiny, save it to your flashcart, and trade it over (you need a second ds though.)
There's also an application to send pkm files to retail carts, but I'm not sure on compatibility with DSis and stuff.

EDIT: And I finally got SoulSilver from a local toy store that had it.

You can make "legit" pokemon with it.

I don't want to be a dick but this thread is for discussing if someone could make a code for Pokémon HeartGold [E] that all starters are shiny.

I would suggest asking one of the ROM hackers that create the AR codes and they might be able to have one. Have you tried using the 'All pokemon shiny' or something code?

Well which starter do you want? I don't know anything about coding but I'd be willing to use pokesav and make an accurate starter shiny and then trade it to you via wifi.

all I did was grabbed a .pkm file from the database threw stock stats on it with pokesav, made it shiny. Then i sent it to my retail soul silver card using sendpkm cmd prompt program i found in this thread. All u have to do is set your ds's dns server to whatever it asks of you and then goto the GTS and it sent it gotta make sure u set all your stats appropriately or they wont show up right.

Just have someone trade it to you over wifi. I can, but it looks like other people have offered. BTW, I had a deoxys in emerald (from some event), and I traded it to my soul silver, edited it in pokesav to make it shiny and it looks godly following me around.
