ROM Hack pokemon glazed

hi,i have a old 3DS with homebrew : 11.2.0-35E, when i want to install pokemon glazed.cia with FBI i get this message:

Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xD8E0806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)

Did not found the solution on internet, does somebody knows if this can be fixed, Thx.
(the game works perfect on android on my smartphone).

usually means the file is corrupt in someway. And seeing as your using a old 3ds, it dont matter if it works fine in one device. It means somethings wrong with it when the 3ds tries to use it.
