ROM Hack Pokemon Cyber Version

While on TRSrockin.com I found a fake pokemon game called: Pokemon Cyber
The author of the "review" says that it appeared to be a hack of Metroid Prime Hunters.
Any one know where I can download the original file? I'm (attempting) to hack Metroid Prime Hunters.
