Im using R4 wood 1.13 and i goto the pokemon center, and talk to the lady in the middle about wifi, and it doesnt work! Like nothing happens, I say yes i want to go wifi connection but she just goes like, .....blah blah something in Japanese and i cant go wifi!

Also wireless doesnt work!!

Can someone help me please??
