Pokemon makes sense because then they don't have to have Roxie's VA spell out every letter of the alphabet. Also, it would work on any international version because "Pokemon" is "Pokemon". The Japanese VS US version debate will go on for ages alone. Could you imagine having a Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, English, German, and Russian version?
