his site is a complete fake, those survey's are full of lies.

Funny, because that's where I got my rom.
I can confirm that it is NOT fake.

Btw they've confirmed that black 2 isn't dumped yet. For now, they've put the link just for the time being.

And for those having a DSTWO, it works on clean mode. If it lags, it's because you have a slow SD card, because mine doesn't lag in any way at all.
