ROM Hack Pokemon Black and Black 2 Randomized ROMs

So I randomized a Pokemon Black ROM but am unable to play it on my 3DS/DSi using the R4. The most probable cause I could decipher is that the Randomized ROM is less in size than the Unrandomized/Clean one (Pokemon Black Clean 262MB, Randomized 191MB; Pokemon Black 2 Clean 524MB, Randomized 274MB).

I'm using YSMenu and RetroGameFan's multicart kernel.

I've also tried editing the infolib.dat files, but doesn't work.

Help would be appreciated
