Is their any method or home brew to extract the saved wifi battle videos from the save file?

or is that even where/how they are stored.
 
I would think the game stores the data on Nintendo's server and then downloaded to your card temporarily in a file format similar to a chess game log, i.e.:







And then it just pulls the sprites/animations from your cart
 
the key word here is saved...

If it is stored in your SAV file the same happens... That's why the vids are saved on your cart

Close, but it stores the cord locally instead of wirelessly.

So since it's reconstructing it, you will need to record it, you can't just take it out as if it was a video file.
