I got a hacked Mon from mitsuki.TV, how long will the pokemon bank notices thats its a hacked mon if it notices will I get banned or something.

Yeah I know I'll be dumping that to my friends game that's why I'm asking, his gen 7 and I'm still on gen 6 hence the Pokémon bank question

by experience the bank would will not let you transfer it if it finds something is fishy with it

I thought this too, the other day though I transferred a couple pokemon with incorrect abilities in from a randomized ultra sun. saved. and reloaded pokebank, they were still there. I don't really understand this at all. Possibly I'm using an outdated version of pokébank downloaded from freeshop, or maybe it was because the game was patched and everything was considered legitimate by the game cart.

You should be fine, a genned pokemon won't get your 3DS banned, as long it is not super obvious like mega form without megastone.
