Can you use Pokemon Bank with CFW and such?

If it does work, Would downloading the official version of it on the eshop work?

Having it for 3 years now and only losing one mon (genned Genesect, no loss, made me paranoid for a certain slot in the cloud, but no issues since), I trust it enough to put my living dex there. I did back those all up in pk6/7 files, but still. I trust it to house my planned shiny living dex as well.
