This may be an obvious question to ask but, I had recently transferred all of my Pokémon from Pokémon Sun to Pokémon Bank which I would then transfer to Pokémon Ultra Sun. Since I’m looking on getting rid of my Sun, I’m going to delete it’s data. I’m also keeping the Pokémon from Sun in Pokémon Bank to later transfer it to Ultra Sun. (Again, a stupid but cautious queston) If I delete the data from Pokémon Sun (save data, extra data, dlc data) will that affect or do anything to the Pokémon in Pokémon Bank that I had transferred from Sun? Will it even affect my Ultra Sun game?

Pokemon Bank data is tied to your Nintendo Network ID and is stored on Nintendo's servers, if you have access to the NNID (And any 3ds pokemon game), you have access to the Pokemon. You can delete the save data and everything uploaded to Bank will be fine.
