I got a few Level 15 Victini my X and I can't wonder trade or GTS them as they are designated as special. All are unique/not cloned and practically the same as the event type. If you can clone some of your legendaries I wouldn't mind trading away my Victini as I got no use for so many. I got 10 Victini so I can trade 9 away.
