Pokémon Red text editor?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a text editor program for Pokémon Red, but Google isn't helping me. I want to translate it from English to Serbian, but can't without the text editor (duuuh) ._.

Sorry if this has already been asked or if the answer was in front of my nose from the beginning.

(Also, if there are Serbian Tempers that are willing to help the project, feel free to PM me)
