Homebrew Question PNES isn't loading certain games

So I just updated everything to the latest firmware (11.0.1) and Atmosphere is on the latest version. I downloaded and installed PNES through the Ultimate Noon Guide link for SD Setup.

When I launch PNES some games are in red and won't launch while others in white work fine. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

using retroarch would be easyer, your either have the wrong version of the game, a corrupt/bad dump of a rom or the wrong mapper
