The iOSu has been compromised since fail0verflow hacked the Wii u a long time ago. Yet, this hack was never made public hence the why people get a little jittery, to say the least, when history repeats itself.

People get tired of sitting and waiting when there is so much speculation about hacks. There has been speculation about Xbox One hacks, Wii U hacks, PS4 hacks. There are so many fakes and people are getting tired of trying to weed out the fakes and figure out whats real and whats a fake. Take the PS3 for example, it took them YEARS for it to get hacked and get a CFW on it. Then even after they got it hacked, unless you are fortunate enough to have a downgradable console, or find one that hasn't been updated past 3.55 (which as time goes by, gets harder and harder), you can't use CFW even to this date. Fakers have tried spreading downgraders thru a file that you put on USB that usually just upgraded your console to the newest firmware (I never fell for it b/c fortunately, I already had a CFW PS3, but read reports online of people thinking it was real b/c they saw a video of it working, but even those can be faked). When people are lied to left and right, they tend to grow impatient and untrustworthy. IF I were to say "hey, I have a jailbreak for the Wii U that works on any firmware up to 5.5.0", people are going to doubt me until I prove it (for the record, I do NOT have a jailbreak for the Wii U)

The best thing to do is simply not to give these people the attention they're looking for knowing they have no intent to release it publically or do anything except brag. Just move on and forget about this.
