Homebrew please help with SoundHax

my 3ds stock in black screen with sd card and without sd card it won't turn on.

i can go to hourglases but when i do these steps
1. Open Hourglass9 from arm9loaderhax by holding (Start) on boot
2. Go to “SysNAND Restore (keep a9lh)”

it says no useable file found
sysnand restore (keep a9lh): failed

i didn't back my nand so i think this is the issue.

please help what should i do.

i have old 3ds 11.2 and downgradet to 2.1

You should just be able to upgrade back again normally.

i didn't backup becuase the site says (Skipping this backup will result in the LOSS of all installed games and saves!) i don't have games and saves my 3ds is clean formated.

Without a NandBackup you're basically stuffed. The backup doesn't just restore your games, it restores the firmware too. I would say follow this guide:
