please help my windows store error

when opening microsoft store and only some error code appear. same thing with microsoft edge "Can't reach this page"
when i open internet setting, windows detecting my laptop not connected to the internet. but now i can still writing on gbatemp and playing online games.

Could be virus? I know someone who had issues a bit like what you have because of one.

Not sure but maybe the microsoft network is down or some settings on your pc preventing it from communicating with microsoft's software network.

I usually try the xbox app and fail the test, not until I open the services window and search for IPHELP and restart it that i pass the test then.

Ok try this

1. Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
2. Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.
3. The store should now load and it should now fix edge browser if not then yea its probably a virus.

It was fixed, not sure how. You could try a bit more heavy duty like Hitman Pro, removed a sophisticated ransom ware of my machine. I think it has a one time free try.
