Please help my android phone got bicked!!

I turned on my phone today and got "custom binary blocked by FRP" with secure fail: kernel" I need to know how to restore it back to factory settings and fix it.

Well I'm not going to be able to help, but for anybody who can help some more details are going to be needed.

Phone make/model. Stock/custom rom? What were you doing immediately prior to the last time you switched it off? etc...

I need to know what model of phone you've got, if its displaying any message it's just a soft brick and can be fixed
