I need help again
I am trying to set up cover art. I have read the instructions, which are unclear
I have the nds roms on the root, along with a text file for game guides. I placed the coverart.ini file on the root as well it reads:

[Cover Art]
#path to folder with covers
folder =\_bagui\cover art\nds
#image type
type = png

The cover art is located E:\_bagui\cover art\nds\Dragon Quest 9.nds.png

I have Dragon Quest 9.nds on root, not in a separate DSGames folder because I want the games on the main screen

I dont know what I am doing wrong.

Also was I supposed to have to create the coverart.ini file myself or should it have been in the original files for me to edit? There was no covertart.ini file originally, I created it, not sure if that matters.......I have been at this for hours...I seriously want to smash everything!!!! Any Help Would be greatly appreciated.

commercial games need the game ID, like ACHP.png or AMCE.png etc.
you can find the games ID easily in bagplug by pressing select then properties.
this way your game can be named to whateveryouwant.nds and bagplug will still find the cover.
i keep my DS game covers in /_bagui/covers/ds

heres a sample from my coverart.ini

Code:
[NDS]
#path to folder with covers
folder = /_bagui/covers/homebrew
#image type
type = png

[nzip]
#path to folder with covers
folder = /_bagui/covers/ds
#image type
type = png

[plg]
#path to folder with covers
folder = /_bagui/covers/homebrew
#image type
type =  png

[sfc]
#path to folder with covers
folder = /_bagui/covers/SNES
#image type
type = png
