Gaming PLEASE HELP ME (AND MY PSP)

Ok i have downloaded Tekken PSP this morning and it was done like 2/3 hours ago... So i've been playing like a half hour but when it saves for like the fifth time it says : Save data corrupted then after that i go to the list of my saves of games there is saw like 50 Damaged files so i formated my memory card... after that i've put Tekken on it again and when i started it it won t start... so then i go back to my menu then it says my memorycard isn't inserted... so i took my memory card and put it in again then i played tekken and when i started it it says CORRUPTED !!! so i freaked out and FORMAT my card AGAIN so then i put some other games on my psp but they work fine

So i guess my conclusion is that the tekken file was a virus or something ...

But do i must be afraid of that it will happen to more games or something ??

Is there some kind of protection

PLEAASE HELP !!!

Have you tried redownloading the file from another place?

uhhm no... cause i first want to know if it really came BECAUSE of tekken... maybey i need a protection thingy or something ???

Well if you were to redownload Tekken from another source, and it worked perfectly fine, then you would know whether or not it was the ISO/CSO causing the issue.

You said it didn't happen to any other games, so I'm guessing Tekken is the problem. Redownload it and try again.

Got me there... I only saw download, corrupted Tekken, guess virus, please help.

DAMN ! my i have some sirious internet problems ! srry but i have to download tekken AGAIN to test if it WAS a virus... azureus didn't work anymore so...

I guess i report in this week somewhere if it helped..

You should also check your memory card. Select it in XMB, hit the Triangle button and choose information, make sure it says Magicgate : Supported. If it doesnt, you may have a fake memory card which can cause random file corruption.

The XMB is the bit where it says "Games, Music, Video, Internet, Settings, Pictures and PSN(Firmware 5.00)"
