Gaming Please help if you own(ed) the 2007 version of Wii Play (US ver)

Did that game come with a advertisement by any means? A friend of mine is trying to collect a Wii Play game, but all he could find are ones with a manual and a "My Nintendo" Sheet.

I can remember mine coming in a special box that came with the traditional game case and a wii remote bundled. There was probably some kind of special promotion in there.
