PLEASE HELP: cannot delete corrupted files

please help, i was installing Mario Kart 8 DLC and Super Smash Bros for Wii U DLC and my cable turned it off and cancelled the download. long story short both files are corrupted and opening the game instructs me to fix the corrupted files.

I don't know what to do I have tried deleting through built in Wii U data manager (tells me data cannot be delete), tried through NUSplii (said it deleted but didn't actually), and even tried using and ftp and FileZilla. someone please help I cannot play these games without deleting the data

    Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
