That's really weird.... Do you have any kind of patches applied to system menu such as priiloader Hacks or Startpatch?
yes some priiloader Block Disc Updates, Block Online Updates, Replace Health Screen, Auto-Press A at Health Screen, Region-Free Everything, remove no copy save file protection, and Move Disc Channel.

One of your earlier posts says that you've softmodded but you launch games via disc channel? Have you installed cIOS/DARKCORPS? This MIGHT be causing you a problem if you have. Are your games backups or retail?
Could just be the laser is on it's way out or needs to be cleaned. N makes an official lens cleaning kit but any dvd cleaning kit would do the job. If that doesn't work you may need to replace the laser pickup. An actual system check report would be nice to clear up the IOS/CIOS thing.
Thats not a syscheck isn't that just a list of what IOS's Modmii has compiled? A syscheck post MIGHT be helpful

Ok try disabling some of the hacks that priiloader is using. they may be to blame m8. I have often found region free hacks to be more trouble than good.
start with all but the block disck and online updates. If the games then work start enabling hacks 1 by 1 til they stop working to figure out which hack was causing the problem..
