Hello everyone. Just wanna ask if people still get banned online while playing multiplayer. Also I wont get banned as long I don't play modded/hack games, playing early release of 3ds games and cheating online right? I know this get asked in the forums but most of them are 2-3 years ago
You won’t get banned for playing online with a CFW nor even with CIA installed games. The most common way to get banned nowadays is cheating and even that’s pretty rare these days. People didn’t even get banned for having their system hacked. Back in the day the most common bans were; cheating online, cursing on Miiverse, and playing a super popular game like Pokémon before launch (Monster Hunter was fine thought ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
