Hacking Playing Imports on 4.2U?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I've read somewhere that with 4.2U that playing legit imports isn't possible anymore. I have Priiloader with the "region free" hack, but I heard this doesn't work anymore either. Can someone let me know one way or another please. I was wanting to buy both the Taiko Drum Masters from Japan, but don't wanna drop the cash until I know I can play them. Thanks in advance

Or use the "Region Free EVERYTHING" hack found in the ready-made hacks.ini which is on wiibrew.
