Gaming Playing games in windowed mode

I've been trying for ages with Final Fantasy VIII for PC. It usually only plays in Full Screen mode and I've tried most methods I know to solve it (Alt+Enter, '-w' '-windowed') and it's still not going into windowed mode.

Does anyone have any idea how, if it's even possible, to get this game to play without being in full screen?

Just tried that, put it in the FF9 folder but it's not working.


Comes up with this error message:

Any ideas?

Forget that, got it working. Just had to download dxwnd. Thanks for the help
