Playing Gabriel Knight on ScummVM?

I tried to do it but I couldn't. I already have an old R4 card but ScummVM just won't boot. Also, I don't know if this game is compatible. Then I installed Twilight Menu on the console, but I saw that it does not support ScummVM. (Nintendo Dsi XL) I would be glad if you could inform me.

Are you using the latest version (2.5.1 currently) from the official download page? I think it was recently updated to add proper support for TWiLight Menu++ on DSi. Just copy the scummvm.nds to your SD card and it should work if you load it from TWiLight.

Are you sure you're looking in the right folder? Or if there's more than 40 files in the folder then you may need to press L/R to change pages.

scummvm.nds should not be in a zip, I don't know if its games should be zippped or not though

From this FAQ it looks like they shouldn't be zipped.

Is there a DSi version of SCUMMVM you could use? No guarantees, but it might support Gabriel Knight where the DS version doesn't.

I don't know if it works for DSi users, but as far as I'm concerned, on NDSL, the only way I've found to run this game is by using a DSTwo with DS2x86

How did you make your game selector ?

It' really easy to make your game selector, you just need notepad to make your command file in .bat format and once it's finish change your extension file .txt by .bat

I've made a more detailled post about this, one or two years ago, you can find it here with all the link you need, if need more infos, don't heistate to pm me

For the record, I've opened a bug report on ScummVM's issue tracker, so this should hopefully get fixed at some point.
