Hacking Playing a Pal Wii game on an NTSC-U

I looked, and looked and could only find guides/software to play an NTSC-U game on a PAL machine. I just modded my Wii today with a WiiKEY. I know it worked because the update ran flawlessly. Now I wanted to play Mario Party 8, and the only version I could find with plenty of seeds was the PAL version. I burn the ISO using ImgBurn and dropped in it, no dice. Is there a patcher that will allow me to play PAL ISOs on my NTSC-U WiiKEY modded Wii?

Turn on Region Free Patching on with the 1.3 Config disc.

Also, if you're a Wii newb (no offense if you are), I suggest you stay far from games from different regions. There is a risk you might render your Wii unusable. I doubt only get US versions or do a search.
