Play Novel - Silent Hill initial translation patch release

A initial version of the translation patch for Play Novel - Silent Hill game for the Gameboy Advance has been released.
There are patches available to translate the text into english and russian.​

• Initial release

Known issues:

• Chapter names may not fit
• No support for diacritics in Latin or Cyrillic alphabets
• Text hard wrapping algorithm may get stuck in some cases
• Some savefile loading text does not fit
• Possible glyph corruption when rendering load menu or backlog
• No proofreading for EN/RU translations
• Some static (non-script) strings may be missing translation
• Wait commands are missing from the translation
