Homebrew Play Coins / Puzzle Swap Injection Through Web Exploit?

I'm not too knowledgeable about the 3ds specs and all but would injecting play coins and puzzle pieces be possible through this exploit.

I would love a way to get more puzzle pieces. They have way too many puzzle pieces, mixed with the ridiculous repeat pieces and pink pieces, most people will never get to enjoy the actual 3d picture. I was all into keeping the 3ds in my pocket and getting the puzzle pieces when I first got my 3ds but I hardly get street passes and I shouldnt have to make my own streetpass portal with homepass, so I basically got screwed when the pink pieces arrived.
