Hacking Question Play Carts on Banned Consoles?

So i just have a quick question...

I have two switches one of them being hacked. And I'm wondering if I'm able to put my Pokemon Sword in my hacked switch and Pokemon Shield in my main switch and trade between myself. I remember i heard SOMETHING about game cards being banned so I'm just wondering if thats true. Will my Pokemon Sword card get banned for being inserting into a hacked console?

Dont worry about it. The carts get banned if you play online with the same cert at the same time (it means if you already dump your game and share with a ton of people and didnt remove the cert)

You can trade or play locally with a hacked console
