pknx is saying access denied

so im trying to edit my pokemon games. every time i try, pokemon arceus or pokemon violet says access denied. ive tried editing file perms and using administrator access but it cant access the files. any help will be great

You should give as much info as possible, like what you're running, updates installed, etc,....curious, have you tried editing another save file from another person?
Personally, I use hex and haven't had any issues.

well like i said, the latest pknx says access denied. both are dumped with updates and ive edited other games before, no problem. hex confused me as it was shown with just 01 on a tutorial and i didnt know what to change
