Homebrew PKHeX

I’m curious, if I wanted to say...evolve a Machoke into Machamp using PKHeX, would it still obey me even if I change the Current Handler (not OT)?

I tried this with my Magmar/Magmortar, and its TID and SID are still the same as my original one that I started out with. So does that mean it’ll still obey me even though I haven’t beaten Elite 4 (its lvl 69 right now and I passed the Ula’ula Trial in Ultra Moon)?

It should, but I cant test that right now. I know that using PKSM to change them like that it still obeyed me.
