ROM Hack PKHeX Question regarding leveling

So when using PKHeX to level my Pokemon do they miss out on learning moves? Or will they learn said moves after leveling up once in the game? Lets say Pikachu learns Thunderbolt at lvl 42 and is currently lvl 30. If I use PKHeX to skip to lvl 50 will I miss out on Thunderbolt?

Yes, unless you go to the move relearner, or why not just teach the moves in PKHeX?
