ROM Hack PKHEX invalid encounter....

Im trying to get ANY of these pokemon to have a valid encounter (ex. Talonflame, leafeon, ampharos, audino, aegislash and gyarados), but it keeps saying "not a valid encounter".
I need help...

Nvm, i got another way to do it. (It is tricky though.)

I used a "main" file that had all shiny pokemon in the boxes from the G+ pkhex group.
Passed the pokemon i wanted to my save, rerolled so that it wont be shiny, and im done!

First the met level is 35 not 30 and it was caught on safari ball

im not using it for online... im using it for local. And make sure that every pokemon is legal and the game is updated.

No no I was talking about something else. Cybersave is showing a update even though it's upto date. Many people having the problem
