ROM Hack pkhex 7th gen catch location?

does anybody know why pokemon that i caught in game wouldnt have a "caught location" in pkhex?

As far as I know, PKHex currently has limited support for Sun and Moon, consider it a "beta" of sorts. So, it's likely that there are some features that either don't work or will not behave as you would expect. One of them being the location in which you caught your Pokémon.

Until the game is actually released I'm afraid that these early builds of PKHex are all we can use.
