Homebrew PKHex 3ds

Hello first time poster and I was windering if PKHex is still available for dowoad. I cant find it anywhere to download it for my 3ds xl. Sorry if i posted in the wrong section

PkHex is a PC platform app, although there is PKSM which is a 3ds homebrew

Thanks the reason why i asked was because i read that you can check to see if a pokemon is legal using PKHex thats why i was asking
