To give yourself the best chance of avoiding a ban:

Run your CFW from SX’s emulated NAND on MicroSD. Install game, update & DLCs via *.NSP & keep device offline while in CFW.!

I’ve been doing this for months while still using OFW via my clean NAND.! Oh, and remove the MicroSD for even better OpSec when in OFW..
