Picofly does not light up at all when installed V2

I soldered the V2 chip to my Switch V2. When I power it on, the processor heats up but my RP2040plus doesn’t light up any LED. Is it due to a bad installation, or maybe the chip isn’t flashed?

Chip isn't flashed. I had this same exact problem yesterday.
