My Phat PS2 is modded, it allow me to play retro emulators on there like Sega Genesis and it's Picodrive but something bother me, there's screen tearing as i play games. so, is there a way to fix it?

The PSP version of picodrive has this same issue and the PS2 port of picodrive is the same as the PSP version of picodrive so as far as i know, there is no fix for it.
