Photoshop problem

Everytime I try to open an icon to put in my skin, it gives me this error.

I've googled, but didn't find anything usefull.
I've reinstalled Photoshop, didn't help
I've opened the file I tried opening and saved them again in Paint, didn't help.
I've redownloaded the files I tried opening, didn't help.

theres a command you do when you execute that flushes your settings but always fixes problems (for me). I think it is crtl+alt+shift or something... though I can't remember for sure. sorry. hope that sets you on the right track.

Satangel, have you tried using revouninstaller to remove traces left behind by uninstaller?

(I also have a Photoshop problem where fonts don't update as you type or change it, you have to move it around, which I can't seem to get rid of either

)
