phone on ds......?

    i heard that u can get a phone on your ds....... is it true ......i heard u need some free phone program on your computer and a wifi connection ..im not sure if thats true but im sure its not....any body no

    yes there is a program. i am not sure about it, did not work for me on me R4 search for "Ds phone" on youtube. thats all i know sorry [​IMG]

    I think you mean SvSIP? I think that's what it's called anyway. You need to get an account with IPbuster.com... or something like that. I forget the details, been a long time since I tried it.

    SVSIP lets you use your DS to make calls if you have an SIP provider, and yes it works. The thing is, SIP providers are not free. What most people do is use Voipbuster's free trial minutes and then create a new account to get a new trial.

    I think that what you are asking for is a VoIP client for your DS. There are a couple of these released Hello DS is a free one but is no longer being developed. Another one that is newer is SvSIP . There are instructions on how to use them on these websites.
