Gaming phoenix wright dual destinies pc translation (request )

so as i understand from this video there is dual destinies pc version(japan only )
can anyone make translation of it,if possible ?

and if not is there any way to play ios version on pc,i have 3ds,but i cant go to eshop or buy anything for the sake of not updating

Anyways, from what I can tell, that's supposed to be someone's attempt at porting Dual Destinies to PC, not an existing game in Japanese being translated into English.

i have 9.6 and homebrew,so i cant spoof firmware,thanks for the answer btw. is there any way to play ios games on pc ?
