Hardware PHbank transfer question

so in the past i have been using PHbank and i stored some Pokémons on it, one in particular is really in portend to me,
Since then i changed to Rosalina, but it doesn’t have support for launching applications under taget tiles. Is there any way i can get my pokemon from phbank back?

I’m scared to lose my pokemon if i dont directly open PHbank tho (thanks for the help anyway =D)
