PC won't detect Switch

I have 3 Switches one for each kid and the one ive never been able to get to work with like DBI or Awoo or any other installer through USB. My pc never dectects it. The other 2 switches work fine so dont think its a pc prob or cable problem. Its been like this since I switched from SXOS to Atmosphere about July 2021. The other 2 Switches never had SXOS only Atmosphere. Just a little annoying having to copy games to SD card for that one switch especially if its over 4gb. Ive done it over the wifi but man thats slow. I have tried a different pc too. All switches are on firmware 15.0.0 now and newest Atmosphere. I use RCM loader dongle to boot. I installed driver from TegraRCM gui still nothing. In Zadig when i choose the USB that not defined and tell it to install I get a error saying already installed cause my others work fine. Out of ideas maybe bad pin on port? Any help would be appreciated

Hook the problem switch to your dock, plug in a usb flashdrive or something similar (I have a 2tb external hdd for my collection) containing the games you wanna install. Use dbi to install via usb.

As for the issue, I'm not sure what it could be. The only solution I can think of is to make backups of saves and anything you want then wipe your emunand (or sysnand if you use it) and start fresh

if you boot on to hekate and use the USB Tools UMS the computer recognize as a USB Thumb drive?

This worked like a charm. Never thought of using the docks USB.

this my preferred method since i download my games on my phone then transfer directly to external hdd
